1. What Trashlate is

Trashlate is a digital product and app that helps users translate passive-aggressive, low-empathy, manipulative, emotionally chaotic, or otherwise cursed messages into clearer human language.

Trashlate may also include AI-assisted interpretation, reply suggestions, Tramchi Pet growth features, diaries, sharing, livestreams, visits, rescue features, shops, leaderboards, fictional NPC interactions, and other digital gameplay or social features.

Cosmic Crawl is a fictional 2D planet-map feature where players move Tramchi across an in-game grid, trigger events, collect rewards, pay or receive in-game tolls, and buy or offer to buy fictional in-game tiles.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your location to use digital subscription services and online apps. By using Trashlate, you confirm that you are legally eligible to do so.

If you use Trashlate on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Accounts and access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use someone else's account without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

Trashlate, Tramchi+, in-app items, virtual currencies, Hype Signal, Drama Dust, cosmetic items, Boost, or other paid features may be offered as subscriptions, one-time purchases, consumables, or other digital purchases.

Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at the time of purchase in the website, app, app store, or checkout page.

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions, in-app purchases, purchase validation, entitlement status, and access to paid features. RevenueCat may receive purchase-related identifiers and subscription or entitlement information needed to provide these services.

Website checkout and certain web-based purchases may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for those transactions. This means the seller name on your invoice, receipt, card statement, or billing record may appear as Paddle instead of EvaChu Studio.

For purchases made through mobile app stores, payment may be processed by the relevant app store or platform. We do not receive your full payment card number.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchases, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Trials and promotions

We may offer free trials, promotional access, discounts, or limited-time features from time to time.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription, you will be charged according to the terms shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We may modify or end trials or promotions at any time where permitted by law.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and the rules of the payment provider, app store, or platform used for the purchase.

For purchases made through mobile app stores, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to the relevant app store or platform. For purchases made through Paddle or website checkout, refunds may be handled by Paddle according to its applicable process.

RevenueCat helps us manage purchase status and access rights, but refund approval and payment reversal may be handled by the payment provider, Paddle, or the relevant app store.

7. Virtual items and in-game economy

Trashlate may include virtual items, virtual currencies, rewards, points, boosts, leaderboard scores, Drama Dust, Love Poop, Hype Signal, Rage Heat, Visit Supplies, fictional land tiles, invisible deeds, NPC interactions, and other in-game records.

Virtual items and in-game currencies are licensed digital features, not money, property, securities, financial instruments, or stored value. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for real money, and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or traded outside the service unless we expressly allow it.

We may modify, rebalance, limit, revoke, or discontinue virtual items, currencies, events, rewards, leaderboards, shops, or gameplay mechanics at any time, where permitted by law.

8. Cosmic Crawl and fictional land tiles

Cosmic Crawl uses a fictional 2D planet map. It does not use real GPS, real-world location tracking, 3D mapping, or AR location features.

In-game land tiles, invisible deeds, tolls, treasure drops, NPC events, and tile ownership are fictional gameplay records only. They do not create real-world property rights, land rights, rental rights, investment rights, or any claim over real-world locations.

A player may receive in-game tolls, offers, or rewards through Cosmic Crawl, but these are part of the in-game economy only and do not guarantee real-money value or financial return.

9. NPCs, Hype Signal, Boost, and simulated activity

Trashlate may include fictional NPCs, fake viewers, simulated gifts, simulated comments, Hype Signal, Boost, leaderboard heat, and other playful activity designed to make the Tramchi universe feel alive.

NPC-hosted live rooms, NPC gifts, fake viewers, Boost effects, and simulated activity may affect visual heat, entertainment displays, or leaderboard presentation, but they do not create real wallet value, real user earnings, or real-world rewards unless we expressly state otherwise.

We may label, limit, adjust, or remove simulated activity to protect fairness, safety, product quality, and the integrity of the service.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Trashlate, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or payment systems, scrape or copy protected content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service where prohibited by law, or use the product in violation of applicable laws.

You also agree not to submit, post, stream, or share content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, spammy, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise unsafe.

You may not use Trashlate to stalk, threaten, manipulate, impersonate, dox, exploit, or harm another person. Trashlate can translate garbage energy; it is not a license to become garbage energy.

11. User content

You may submit text, prompts, screenshots, images, audio, diary entries, captions, livestream content, profile information, Nest names, tile offers, and other materials to use Trashlate features.

You keep ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, provide, protect, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you choose to publish content publicly, such as to Wild Tramchi Diary Wall, livestreams, leaderboards, public Nest areas, or other community spaces, that content may be visible to other users.

12. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, filter, block, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, our policies, applicable law, or platform rules.

Public content may be moderated more strictly than private content. We may use automated tools, keyword rules, machine learning systems, human review, or a combination of these methods.

We are not required to monitor all content, and we do not guarantee that all harmful or inaccurate content will be detected.

13. AI outputs and limitations

Trashlate provides AI-assisted translations, interpretations, reply suggestions, captions, reactions, and companion-style interactions for informational, entertainment, and reflection purposes.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, emotionally spicy, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating and using outputs at your own discretion.

Trashlate does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or professional advice. Do not rely on Trashlate as a substitute for qualified professionals.

14. Intellectual property

Trashlate, Tramchi, Tramchi Pet, Cosmic Crawl, the Trashlate brand, characters, interface designs, graphics, text, software, logos, and other service materials are owned by EvaChu Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may use the service only as allowed by these Terms and the functionality we provide.

15. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of Trashlate at any time, including features, prices, plans, virtual items, gameplay rules, AI behavior, moderation rules, and platform availability.

We do not guarantee that any feature, item, reward, NPC event, leaderboard, tile, or gameplay mechanic will remain available forever.

16. Termination

You may stop using Trashlate at any time. You may also cancel subscriptions through the platform, app store, Paddle, or other payment channel used for purchase.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, misuse payment systems, violate platform rules, or if we need to protect our business, users, or legal obligations.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trashlate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, always available, or that AI outputs, gameplay results, moderation decisions, recommendations, rankings, rewards, or translations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvaChu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, lost virtual items, lost gameplay progress, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Trashlate.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to EvaChu Studio, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your location require otherwise.
